Family Portrait

ATTENTION: Please read the full item description before purchasing. This item includes the basic pricing noted below. If your portrait requires more than the two standard sizes listed or more than 2 people, this will not be your final cost. The price will depend on the size of the sign, the number of people, as well as if we are adding any other additional details/upgrades to your portrait. 

The basic pricing structure is as follows:

• 12" x 12 " (includes frame): $125 with two people included + $20 per person added 
•  14"  x 14" round portrait:  $135  with two people included + $20 per person added 

Backer upgrades, lettering, or any additional details will be an additional cost.

please include which stain you would like for the rounded backer or the frame with your email. If no color is specified it will be stained special walnut. If you would like an option for a painted backer, please let me know as this might be an additional cost depending on color. 

Currently 4-6 week turnaround

Details:

• each piece of wood used for the sign is unique, therefore small imperfections are to be expected with the nature of handmade signs; no two pieces are the same.
• a hanger can be attached to the backer if you would like, but you must request this before the order is delivered. 

Ordering Process:

1. Purchase this item on our website
2. Send an email to olivepinedesigns@gmail.com with the photo you would like recreated as your custom portrait. 
3. Once the email is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details as well as a final price quote if you have more than two people in your portrait, or requested any additional detail not covered in the basic pricing. Directions on how to pay the remaining invoice will also be attached to your confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response.
4. Once your final invoice is paid, I will start on your design preview. Once you approve the sketch, I will create a final template, where I will send you color and wood stain options for your sign. 
5. A photo will be sent before gluing your portrait to confirm you are happy with how everything looks! Once that is approved, the sign will be glued, packaged, and shipped to you!

Please note: We strive to enhance the natural beauty of the wood products used to create our projects. Variations in color, grain patterns, and the presence of minor defects such as knots occur in all wood products. We focus on balancing the use of our raw materials for their character while creating the most beautiful end products. Some variation between our products and the stock photos may inherently occur.

REFUNDS? Due to the custom and handmade nature of these portraits, I do not accept returns. Please contact me if there are any issues with your order.
